You’ll workout with a Personal Trainer for a solid 45 minutes in a small group of 6-8 people twice a week

All of our exercises can be scaled to suite your current fitness level.

How long are your classes?

Our classes run for 45 minutes.

What is your classes timetable?

View our classes timetable. Morning, afternoon or evening – we’ve got you covered.

Can I bring my kids?

Yes! We also have a KidzFit class on Saturdays at 9:30am – kids can attend FREE with the challenge.
